Marcia Givord has been involved in corporate law, commercial law, contract law and commercial leases with Ydès since 2014.

Professional experience

Marcia Givord has completed several internships with leading law firms in France and abroad (Hughes Hubbard and Reed LLP and the Istanbul office of the firm Gide Loyrette Nouel).

She also has experience on issues relating to corporate governance and corporate liability acquired through an internship completed under the supervision of the Secretary General of Suez Environnement.

Educational background

Marcia Givord graduated with a Master 2 (specialised master degree) in international economic governance and a joint certificate of achievement from the Columbia Law School (New York) and Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne University and Science Po Paris. She also graduated with a master degree in the law of economic activities from the Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne University.

Having recently obtained the professional bar examination certificate (EFB-Paris) (Paris Bar School), Marcia Givord was sworn in as a lawyer in January 2015.
